What is Rebooting Fatherhood?

Hey, I’m Mason! I’m a husband, father, Linux tinkerer, and aspiring cybersecurity professional.

When my daughter was born, something clicked. Suddenly, I wasn’t just building a better future for my wife and I, but I was building a legacy for the next generation.

Rebooting Fatherhood is my corner of the Internet to document my journey, both into the world of tech and into the divine calling of fatherhood. It’s where I share what I’m learning, what I’m building, and how I’m trying to raise a strong, joyful, faithful family in a world that’s more connected, and more chaotic, than ever.

I started this blog for three reasons:

1. To showcase the tech skills I’m building as I break into cybersecurity and IT.
2. To share what I’ve learned (and am still learning) about being a present, intentional dad.
3. And to motivate other men who are trying to keep their homes strong while navigating a digital age that’s always updating, always demanding more.

This isn’t about being perfect, but about being rooted in purpose. It’s about being the man I am supposed to be
